Shift Leader - Café Team Lead & Service Expert

Caffè Nero is hiring a Shift Leader to help run store shifts, support team members, and deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers. You'll lead by example, train and motivate staff, and ensure the store runs smoothly from opening to close.

Starter pay in this location is £12.76 per hour, rising to £12.91 with service. Benefits include training, career growth, and generous staff discounts. Prior supervisory experience is welcomed but not required.
