Job Description
Mission
To grow our services offering by expanding our share of wallet within priority customers in a specified region. Working closely with our v1 sales teams to ensure a collaborative plan and strategy on traditional and digital services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in a face-to-face regional role with high customer activity and customer-facing time in the field, while also balancing some digital interactions and remote work.
- Develop expertise in our services offerings, with a focus on our digital solutions and implementing the company's digital services strategy across multiple segments and technologies.
- Create, manage, and execute a commercial strategy to increase our full services offering across a regional customer portfolio.
- Promote and grow the installed base services within the target customer base, with a focus on improving install base information in the region.
- Collaborate with the inside (digital) sales team to optimize regional coverage and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain existing customers to increase their SE Services wallet, while also targeting new high-potential service customers in the region.
- Lead multi-site customer engagements across the UK&I when necessary, even outside the main region.
- Demonstrate digital tools and act as an ambassador for SE software and customer tools, articulating our value proposition in services.
- Manage an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring opportunities are forecasted accurately according to business rules.
- Drive contractual business growth within the region by expanding existing contracts through multi-technology solutions or increasing critical asset management, and developing new revenue streams, aiming to increase the services contractual (run-rate) business.
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
- Sales experience in solutions or services
- Desirable: Experience in software sales or digital tools selling
- Background in solution selling rather than just product sales
