• If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 06:00 or later than 23:00, you must be at least 18 years of age.

What you'll be doing

• Serve and support customers on checkouts, self service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, proactively offering help.
• Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On Demand grocery ordering service and assist customers with Click & Collect parcels.
• Build great knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Safely move and retrieve trolleys in the customer car park.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
