Our stores are fast paced environments offering outstanding value, quality and great service. As a Services Assistant, you'll be a key contributor to the best shopping experience for our customers.

Eligibility

• You must be above the school leaver age in your country.
• If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

What you'll be doing

• Serve and support customers on checkouts, self service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, proactively offering help.
• Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On Demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
• Safely move and retrieve trolleys in customer car parks.
• Work flexibly across the store as needed.
