About the Role
On the behalf of a global leader in the energy sector, we are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong technical expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM). This role involves designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, ensuring robust architecture and data modelling to support enterprise service management.
The ideal candidate will also be capable and comfortable discussing requirements with the business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM and CSDM.
- Configure and optimise ServiceNow modules to align with best practices.
- Define and maintain service models, data structures, and integration patterns within ServiceNow.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient designs.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect in complex environments.
- Strong technical depth in ServiceNow configuration, particularly ITOM and CSDM.
- Solid understanding of ITIL-based service management principles (certifications preferred)
- Ability to perform business analysis and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable.
