Job Description

Deutsche Bank AG in London is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager on a 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements. You will lead the implementation and adoption of Now Assist across ITSM, ITOM and Control Tower, delivering AI-enabled enhancements to service management and IT operations.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, requirements definition with Product Owners and BAs, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow AI solutions while managing plans, budgets, risks and change
