Location: 100% Remote from Spain or Portugal

Salary: €56,300 gross per year

Role Overview
We are seeking a Medior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to support the development, integration, and lifecycle management of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs. This is a hands-on technical role with strong growth opportunities and the chance to make a real impact across the organization.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Solid understanding of platform lifecycle, scoped applications, and ServiceNow architecture
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application development
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, collaborative team player who enjoys learning and continuous improvement
- Motivated to grow within a supportive, agile engineering environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of custom applications in ServiceNow: from intake to release
- Ensure robust platform architecture, data separation, and security in line with best practices
- Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to improve operational efficiency
- Apply your expertise with Creator Workflow, Integration Hub, and integration protocols including REST API, SOAP, and GraphQL API
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Support deployments via source control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to platform lifecycle management including version upgrades and maintenance
