Job Description

Pfizer in Ireland (Hybrid) seeks a Manager-level ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to design, configure, and maintain ITOM processes on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with the IT Operations and Global Command Center, advancing discovery, mapping, CMDB integrity, and AIOps-driven detect/respond capabilities.

The role requires hands-on ITOM experience, CIS certification, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while supporting 2.5 days onsite weekly.
