Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration and deployment of an HR Enquiry / HR Case Management project. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on configuration skills, a solid understanding of HR service delivery processes, and experience translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
This is not a full time role and will be based on a number of days to configure and deploy the HR inquiry process in ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and implement the HR Enquiry / HR Case Management module, including case types, workflows, templates, SLAs, and knowledge integrations.
- Gather and refine business requirements from HR and People Services teams.
- Build and customise ServiceNow components such as forms, fields, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and integrations.
- Ensure alignment with platform governance, best practice, and security standards.
- Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and go live activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to HR operations and platform teams.
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD, specifically HR Case Management / HR Enquiry.
- Strong configuration capability across the ServiceNow platform (Workflows/Flow Designer, Studio, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Data Models, Integrations).
- Good understanding of HR processes and service centre operations.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and translate requirements into system design.
- ServiceNow certification (HRSD or System Administrator) preferred.
