Are you a ServiceNow expert who bridges the gap between complex business needs and technical excellence? We are looking for passionate Medior and Senior Consultants to drive innovation across our ServiceNow platform. The Impact You'll Make As a Functional Consultant, you won't just follow a roadmap-you'll help draw it.

Your day-to-day involves:

? Strategic Consulting: Provide process and functional consultancy across a diverse product suite, including ITSM, HRSD, SecOps, and more.

? Solution Design: Translate high-level business needs into crisp "User Requirement Specifications" and functional designs.

? Integration Innovation: Architect and implement seamless connections between ServiceNow and external powerhouses like SAP and various monitoring tools.

? Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the charge from initial change request analysis to system integration testing and "Hypercare" post-launch.

? Platform Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating ServiceNow upgrades and proactively identifying how new features can improve our specific implementation.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who communicates as effectively with developers as they do with non-IT stakeholders.

Your Background:

? Education: A Master's degree or equivalent expertise through experience.

? Experience:

? Medior: 3+ years in ITIL processes and 2+ successful ServiceNow implementations.

? Senior: 5+ years in ITIL processes and 4+ successful ServiceNow implementations.

? Certifications: You hold a ServiceNow System Administrator certification (product-specific certifications are a major plus!).

? Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience managing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow and its integrations. ? Communication: Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a strong command of English.
