Senior ServiceNow Consultant - Final Implementation Phase | Rome (Hybrid, On-site Preferred) | 40-Day High-Impact Assignment
For a short-term, high-visibility engagement within a Rome-based UN-agency, we are seeking a senior-level ServiceNow expert to support the final implementation and internal launch phase of an enterprise ServiceNow platform.

We are looking for one "ServiceNow consultant" to start ASAP an initial contract about 40-days (extensions possible) for an international Org' - client in ROME, where 100% ONSITE work is preferred, but off-site or Hybride might be possible. Possibility of extension based on performance and budget availability. English speaking environment.

  • Our client is an international organisation in Rome and a great reference in any CV!
  • On-Site in Rome would be great, but up to 100% Off-site/Off-shore is possible, when it brings savings on budget.

BACKGROUND

The organisation has implemented the ServiceNow platform, with core infrastructure already in place. The current focus is on the final configuration and customisation of workflows and modules to ensure a successful internal launch. The consultant will work alongside internal IT and Change Management teams to review, enhance, and document the ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless integration with corporate data and processes.

TASKS

  1. Review the existing ServiceNow configuration and identify areas for optimisation.
  2. Customise workflows and modules to meet specific corporate requirements.
  3. Ensure data integration from existing corporate repositories (CMDB, AD, etc.) and compliance with internal standards and policies.
  4. Work closely with developers in other technologies, to validate requirements and ensure integration points are managed efficiently and securely while maintaining the availability and integration of the data.
  5. Provide best-practice recommendations for deployment and user experience.
  6. Create comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow modules, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
  7. Collaborate with internal IT and Change Management teams to support the internal launch.
  8. Provide on-site support during the final implementation phase.

SKILLS

  • At least 4 years' experience of working with Service Now with proven expertise in ServiceNow configuration and customisation.
  • Highly skilled knowledge of migration of data from existing corporate repositories (CMDB, AD, eTicketing system) to Service Now Modules.
  • Ability to deliver tailored solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Experience with internal launch readiness and troubleshooting.
