ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer - 6 months - remote - ASAP

For our long-term client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer to enhance AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. Your main role will be extending existing AI agents and implementing autonomous incident resolution, request fulfilment, intelligent routing, and CMDB data quality automation.

Tasks:

• Implementing Agentic AI as part of a ServiceNow AI project
• Build and maintain AI agents in AI Agent Studio: agent definitions, tools, guardrails, exception paths and audit trails
• Working with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
• Develop the Back End automation the agents execute: Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes (Intune, AD, Egnyte, SAP interfaces), scripted actions with verification and rollback
• Extend autonomous coverage category by category through the AI governance gate: human-confirmed first, evidence, then autonomy.
• Working in an agile development environment, including creating and implementing stories.
• Following development and release processes.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge related to ServiceNow AI projects
• 3+ years ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripting, ACLs); CSA certified, CAD certified
• Ability to implement Agentic AI solutions
• Knowledge of or experience working with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, or demonstrable equivalent agentic AI delivery.
• Integration experience with Microsoft endpoint and identity stack (Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID)
• Nice to have: exposure to AI governance tooling (AI Control Tower)
