Our Client is hiring to support a public service team with the design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll help shape an effective, sustainable platform-balancing business outcomes, technical standards, and long-term scalability.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the architecture design and delivery of secure ServiceNow solutions
• Define architectural standards and architecture principles aligned to business and technology needs
• Apply Common Service Data Model (CSDM) principles-designing data structures and guiding implementation
• Produce clear solution design documentation and technical direction for delivery teams
• Ensure the ServiceNow platform is built to be scalable, secure, and sustainable
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems/third-party applications
• Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain strong alignment across delivery

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Practical, hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across the platform and its capabilities
• Strong CSDM knowledge, including data modelling and implementation approach
• Ability to design solutions that stand up in complex enterprise environments
• Experience defining technical standards and shaping solution documentation
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business audiences
• A background that includes public sector or complex enterprise exposure (desirable)
