Are you currently working in a fast-fit environment like Halfords, Kwik Fit, or Mr Clutch? Do you have the skills but feel stuck working on the same budget cars day in and day out? This is your chance to step up into the premium and supercar world.

We are a market-leading prestige specialist in Orpington, and we are looking for a motivated Technician to join our high-spec service centre. You don't need years of Ferrari experience to apply-we are looking for a reliable, sharp technician who excels at the "bread and butter" of vehicle maintenance and wants to apply those skills to the world's most iconic brands.

The Payload (Pay & Perks)

• Basic Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 (Depending on experience).
• Bonus: £4,000 annual performance bonus.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
• Saturdays: Only 1 in 4 and it's a short shift (half day).
• Overtime: Saturday shifts are paid as overtime, putting extra money in your pocket.
• The Variety: Spend your day around Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Porsches, and high-end SUVs.
• Location: Orpington, perfectly placed for those in Bromley, Dartford, Sevenoaks, or Sidcup.

What You Will Be Doing

This role is focused on high-quality light repair and maintenance. You will be the engine room of our service department, ensuring our premium stock is safe and perfectly prepared.

• Expert Servicing: Carrying out routine service schedules on a diverse range of prestige and performance vehicles.
• Core Repairs: Focusing on high-quality fitment of brakes, suspension components, and premium tyres.
• Fluid Tech: Handling oil changes, coolant flushes, and essential vehicle health checks.
• Well-Rounded Skillset: While the focus is on performance cars, you will work on a huge variety of brands, keeping your technical knowledge broad and sharp.
• Quality Control: Maintaining a clean, organized bay and treating every car with absolute respect.

Are You The One?

This is the perfect "step-up" role for someone with a Fast-Fit or Independent background.

• Qualifications: You are a qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Background: You have solid experience in a high-volume environment (Fast-Fit, Halfords, etc.) and are a "pro" at brakes, tyres, and servicing.
• Standard: You are tired of the "volume over quality" mindset and want to work somewhere that values a perfect finish.
• License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ambition: You are eager to learn and want to transition your career into the prestige automotive sector.
