Salary: Up to £32,000 basic salary £42,000 OTE (£400-£1,000 monthly bonus)
Location: Uckfield (Clean, modern franchise dealership with free parking)
Hours: Monday - Friday schedule + Saturdays on a fair rotating team rota
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent portfolio).
- Proven experience as a workshop technician/mechanic with solid core repair fundamentals and a strong desire to learn.
- Ambitious mindset with a drive to advance to Master or Diagnostic Technician level.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
