- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or time served equivalent).
- Proven hands on workshop experience working on cars, vans, or light commercials in a garage or dealership setting.
- Eager, detail oriented mindset with a strong commitment to complete manufacturer qualifications and hit efficiency targets.
- A full UK driving licence.
