Service Specialist - Tile Retail & Design Sales

Topps Group is seeking a Service Specialist to join our store team in Bexhill-on-Sea. This 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend shifts, with an hourly rate of £12.71 for staff aged 21+, plus personal sales commission.

Training is provided to build consultative selling skills and a customer first approach. You'll build relationships with trade and retail customers, ask questions to understand needs, and use product knowledge to inspire designs.
