Overview

We are supporting a pharma client looking for a Service Provider Quality Assurance Consultant to join their Clinical QA team and ensure effective oversight of service providers involved in clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support quality oversight of service providers from selection to closure
• Organise and follow up Quality Oversight Meetings (QOMs)
• Maintain and manage Quality Documents (QD) framework and Master list
• Ensure proper distribution and tracking of quality documents
• Support audit and inspection readiness, including CAPA follow-up
• Assist in managing quality events (QEs) and escalations
• Contribute to Quality Agreements with service providers
• Maintain SP oversight databases (eg, SharePoint, tracking tools)
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Experience in Quality Assurance in clinical environment (GCP)
• Exposure to vendor/service provider oversight
• Knowledge of GxP, audits, CAPA, and QMS
• Comfortable with Office 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English & French
