We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Ownership Services, Service Operations team. Our Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network. One important area of this department is the management of Technical Campaigns, where we ensure quality is maintained for all our worldwide vehicles, by administering, reporting and monitoring recalls and technical updates in an efficient and timely manner.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Service Operations (Technical Campaigns) Intern - 12 Month Placement (July 2026)

We are looking for a confident and eager to learn individual to join our Ownership Services, Service Operations team. Our Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service Operations team provide a range of support functions for our global dealer network. One important area of this department is the management of Technical Campaigns, where we ensure quality is maintained for all our worldwide vehicles, by administering, reporting and monitoring recalls and technical updates in an efficient and timely manner.

What awaits you?

  • Liaise with our global regional teams to assist and support with daily business.
  • Maintain global authority communication matrix.
  • Generate reports to track dealer performance.
  • Create or update reporting systems, such as Quick Sight.
  • Support the team and department with projects and presentations.
  • Assist in the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Preparing authority communication documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Studying towards a 2:2 bachelor's degree - preferably in Business Administration with Analytics or Project Management.
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to showcase excellent communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for the automotive industry.
  • Interest in working in an international team.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

What do you need to do now?
