Salary: £42,000 basic + Bonus + Company Car/Allowance

As a Workshop Manager, you will support our customers to deliver on their business promises by ensuring their vehicles are safely and quickly returned to the road. You will be responsible for the workshop's day-to-day performance, developing a results-focused team that adheres to high technical and quality standards, driving innovation to minimize vehicle downtime, and fulfilling our service commitments to customers.

• You are a technical expert with a solid automotive workshop management background, valued for your technical knowledge and guidance.
• You possess a common-sense business approach, understanding what makes a workshop efficient and profitable.
• You are a people person who cares about your team and recognizes that tailored management approaches foster high performance.
• You are a natural coach, passionate about sharing your knowledge and supporting colleagues' development.
• You have a strong customer service focus, knowing how to resolve issues effectively.
