Service Manager - Supported Living (PBS Expert, Driver)

CareTech is seeking a Supported Living Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Ryeish Green, near Reading. The role requires PBS expertise, strong leadership, and experience managing services with challenging behaviours, across multiple sites.

You will supervise staff, develop dynamic support plans, and ensure compliance with governance and safety standards. The post is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with salary £35,000-£42,000 DOE.
