Service Integration Manager VP - Cyber

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership for the first line service management framework for Cyber Services across the organisation. You'll have responsibility for end-to-end service integration, international service reporting, service catalogue management, SLA and KPI governance, service-performance controls and continual improvement.
You'll coordinate Cyber teams, regional technology teams, and 3rd party suppliers to provide a consistent, controlled and evidence-based view of Cyber service performance across supported regions and entities.

The following skills/experience is essential:
- Strong IT Service Management/Service Integration background.
- Strong experience supporting Cyber or security services.
- Worked in a complex, multi-supplier environment.
- Experience coordinating complex incidents, problems, dependencies and continual improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package
Level: Vice President (VP)
Location: London (good work from home options available)
