We are looking to add an Engineer to our team here at Chubb Community Care on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, which could go permanent afterwards. Working on NurseCall and WardenCall systems, this role would suit an Engineer with skills and experience in this domain or CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems. This opportunity is ideal for an Engineer based in South or West London. The typical call-out frequency for this role is 1 in 4.

Goals and Objectives:
- Provide first-line service and maintenance support to all company and third-party products when called upon.
- Perform small works engineering tasks from initial survey through installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Warden/Nurse Call, Access Control, and Intercom systems in accordance with company procedures, engineer instructions, and system requirements.
- Ensure that any installed system differing from the original specification is properly documented and brought to the attention of Supervisors or Management.
- Perform small works installations for system additions following specified standards and codes of practice.
Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Good basic education, ideally with a relevant qualification in the electrical/electronic industry, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through assessment.
- Proficient IT skills (Computer Literate).
- High level of Customer Service experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Sound technical knowledge of Warden/Nurse Call systems, access control, and intercom systems.
