Job Description

Position: After-Sales service engineer of Sinexcel

Location: Paris

Job Responsibilities:

1 Equipment Installation and Commissioning

  • Responsible for the guidance of installation, commissioning, and startup of company products at customer sites to ensure the equipment operates smoothly as per customer requirements.
  • Provide on-site technical support according to the product manuals and customer needs, resolving any technical issues during installation and commissioning.

2 After-Sales Technical Support and Maintenance

  • Provide technical guidance for routine maintenance and repair services for equipment to ensure stable operation and minimize customer downtime.
  • Offer technical consulting to customers, resolve operational issues, and ensure the equipment and systems remain in optimal condition.

3 Training and Documentation Management

  • Conduct regular customer training on equipment operation and maintenance to enhance customers' ability to use and maintain the equipment.
  • Prepare and organize maintenance records, service manuals, and other technical documentation to ensure compliance and traceability during after-sales service.

4 Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain good communication and interaction with customers, respond to customer needs promptly, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback, propose improvement suggestions, and collaborate with relevant departments to continuously improve product and service quality.

5 Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution

  • Respond quickly to customer equipment failures, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • Cooperate with the headquarters technical team to analyze and resolve product issues, ensuring continuous product quality and support improvement.

6 Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Regularly compile after-sales service reports, track equipment performance and customer feedback, and provide necessary data support.
  • Analyze failure types, frequencies, and other data, offer preventive maintenance suggestions, and optimize equipment maintenance strategies.


Credential Requirements:

1 Relevant Educational Background

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

2 Working experience

  • 2-4 years working experience about pre-sales/after-sales technical support in energy storage E-mobility inverters or other electrical product business.

3 Language Skills

  • Proficiency in French and English, able to communicate fluently with headquarters and customers.
  • Knowledge of the local language is an advantage if working in specific countries (e.g., German,etc.).

4 Other Requirements

  • Driver's license: A valid international or European driver's license (depending on country requirements).
  • Ability to travel and flexibility in work schedule.
