Service Desk Technician

About the role: Our client, a leading hospital institution located in Geneva, is looking for a Service Desk Technician to strengthen their team. In an environment where responsiveness and accuracy are crucial for patient care, you will be the first point of contact to resolve technical incidents for medical staff.Responsibilities:- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support (in-person, phone, and remote).- Diagnose and solve issues on workstations, peripherals, and business applications within a tight timeframe.- Manage access requests and incidents related to the Windows environment and tools.- Assist in the deployment of new equipment and maintain the asset inventory.- Conduct interventions and update the knowledge base.Requirements:- A technical diploma (CFC, ES, or equivalent) with successful experience in support, ideally in a critical environment (hospital, emergency, industry).- Mastery of Windows environments, Active Directory, and ticketing tools.- Excellent stress resistance and a strong sense of urgency.- Absolute discretion and respect for sensitive data (indirect medical confidentiality).- Knowledge of German is a plus.We offer:- A position with responsibilities at the heart of a human-centered environment.- Employment conditions in line with industry standards in Geneva.- Opportunities for growth within a constantly evolving technological infrastructure.Please send us your application (CV and cover letter) via LinkedIn as well! jid2b3fe18aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
