Service Desk Analyst (Junior Entry-Level) £25 - £28K negotiable on experience

Central London Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 from home)

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting users with first and second line technical queries
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PC, Mac, AV, printers)
  • Setting up new starters and managing equipment lifecycle
  • Helping keep systems up to date and secure
  • Delivering top-notch support with a friendly, can-do attitude


What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident
  • A passion for tech and helping people
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
  • Bonus: Any exposure to Mac OS or tech troubleshooting
  • Bonus: Retail, Customer Service experience
