What you'll be doing:
- Supporting users with first and second line technical queries
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (PC, Mac, AV, printers)
- Setting up new starters and managing equipment lifecycle
- Helping keep systems up to date and secure
- Delivering top-notch support with a friendly, can-do attitude
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills - friendly, clear, and confident
- A passion for tech and helping people
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11
- Bonus: Any exposure to Mac OS or tech troubleshooting
- Bonus: Retail, Customer Service experience
