Service Designer
Location: London/Remote (United Kingdom)
Duration: 6 months +
Candidates must be UK Nationals with at least 5 years UK residency and either hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain SC/BPSS clearance.

What you'll be doing:
* Support a programme of work focused on better managing content management across the department
* Design and improve service experiences within a transformation environment
* Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and communicate design decisions clearly
* Bring service design thinking to complex problems, helping teams move from insight to actionable improvements
* Contribute practical AI knowledge and/or experience to inform how services could be enhanced
What you'll bring:
* Service design experience with a strong grounding in service-thinking and user-centred outcomes
* Strong communication skills and confidence managing stakeholders across different groups
* Ability to work effectively in complex transformation environments
* UK National status, with a minimum of 5 years UK residency
* AI knowledge and/or practical experience
