Service Delivery/Operations Manager - London - ITIL/SLA/Service Delivery

TrinIT Talent are looking for an Account Delivery/Operations Manager to join on a permanent basis in London (Hybrid). This role is paying £45,000 per annum + benefits.

Job Description:-

You will own the end-to-end operational delivery for a key customer account, ensuring SLA performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial success within a managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Own service delivery across BAU and project teams

  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations are met

  • Lead service review meetings and manage escalations

  • Oversee ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and account profitability

  • Act as primary operational contact for the customer

  • Drive service improvement and operational efficiency

Key Skills:-

  • 6+ years in service delivery/operations

  • Experience managing customer-facing accounts

  • Strong SLA-driven managed services background

  • Commercially aware with strong stakeholder skills

  • ITIL experience (certification desirable)
