Salary: Starting Salary is £32,597 (Level one) rising to £35,412 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role

You will have senior responsibilities for the team supporting with initial escalation queries and support with day-to-day delegation to a team of RTB officers, working alongside the Service Delivery Manager to ensure the Right to Buy service is efficient, resilient and conforms to all statutory requirements

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of leading a team or project, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, assisting team training and development
  • The ability to drive small-scale change initiatives, providing encouragement to team members, developing systems to support improvements in services and processes
  • The ability to develop a strong service understanding, effectively applying knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation to support the team
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to develop service-specific software and systems
  • The ability to lead on research and analytical tasks to inform decision-making and resolve service delivery challenges
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers
