We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Main Tasks:
- Supporting various clients' critical systems through your knowledge of software application support and deployment.
- Own the strategic and operational delivery to the end client.
- Manage the relationship with the client throughout the project duration.
- Be a main point of contact for solutions and services.
- Manage the application transformation and its delivery.
- Identify potential issues and take action to head them off before they eventuate, whether they be technical, requirements or people based.
- Collaborating with management to gather and analyze operational information.
- Tracking implementation progress and reporting to management.
- Coaching managers and supervisors to improve implementation communication and realization.
- Responsible for Dashboard production specific to the activities of the Infrastructure Deployment & Support Department (Service Now).
- Norms and Standards: Participate in the workshop regarding these themes.
Your Profile and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- IT Infrastructure.
- Production Operation Steering.
- IT Risk and Cyber Security.
- Risk identification and follow-up.
- Coordination and motivation skills.
- Know how to delegate.
- Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
- Summarization capabilities.
- Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically.
- Great organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Able to work in a big team (great team spirit).
- Fluent in English (C1/C2).
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Lisbon office.
