Service Delivery Manager

This is a full-time, fixed term contract post until 30 September 2026, subject to review.
In this role, you will lead, manage and develop the Enterprise Support Service (ESS) Programme to be delivered by the Lead Council on behalf of the 11 councils, focusing on issues of performance, compliance, contract management, audit and risk and quality control. Work collaboratively with all local councils to raise the ambition around the delivery of enterprise support, in support of the statutory obligations in this area and consistent with commitments as set out in respective programme plans. Manage all contracting, compliance and risk matters in respect of the frameworks and call off contracts and secondary competitions for 11 councils, in line with service commissioning processes.
