Service Delivery Manager

We've opened recruitment for the Service Delivery Manager/Technical Product Owner position! We're looking for someone whose role will involve responsibility for platform stability, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and maintaining technical and functional documentation. What will you be doing?
- Assessing costs and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for managing AWS and Azure environments and the platforms running on them.
- Managing high-impact incidents.
- Supporting regional information security management.
- Planning releases to keep the project on schedule.
- Reviewing backlog maintenance and prioritizing when necessary.
- Identifying and managing product-related risks.
- Analyzing and documenting processes, and describing required changes to identify potential gaps and necessary modifications.
- Gathering and managing business requirements using various methods to express the needs of different user roles.
- Developing and maintaining technical and functional documentation.
- Co-creating the product development roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Defining contractual requirements and preparing specifications for new/existing contracts.
- Managing contracts and day-to-day relationships with contracted service providers.
- Resolving internal client and vendor inquiries by providing information on processes and policies.
️ What will you need?
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Systems Analyst, Service Manager, or similar role.
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure platforms.
- Basic technical skills.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes and supporting technologies/solutions.
- Good understanding and experience working with an Agile approach and culture.
- Experience working in an international environment. Ability to work across multiple geographies in a multicultural setting.
- English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Dutch language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
