Service Delivery Lead/Onboarding Specialist

My client has a requirement for an experienced Service Delivery Lead/Onboarding Specialist to join their project.

As a Service Delivery Lead/Onboarding Specialist, you will take full ownership of both the coordination and technical execution of onboarding new clients to the logistics platform. This platform provides hospitals, healthcare providers, and supply partners with secure access to reporting dashboards, operational insights, order tracking modules, and other healthcare-related digital services.

You will manage the onboarding process from start to finish - from setting up secure access and configuring environments to validating data and ensuring technical readiness. Acting as the bridge between the client, internal teams, and the platform, you will ensure each onboarding is smooth, secure, and compliant with healthcare data standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely go-live
  • Execute hands-on technical tasks, including:
    • Setting up Microsoft Azure guest accounts and configuring access rights
    • Creating secure client environments and managing access control
    • Documenting configurations and technical steps for audit readiness
    • Performing initial data quality checks and validation tests
  • Ensure that all digital healthcare logistics services (dashboards, reporting, tracing modules) are correctly configured before go-live
  • Lead onboarding calls and handovers with clients and internal teams
  • Conduct final technical readiness checks before transition to operational support teams
  • Serve as the go-to contact for early-stage technical support and troubleshooting during onboarding
  • Collaborate closely with IT/security, platform teams, and healthcare logistics operations

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, service delivery, or technical support
  • Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure (user and access management)
  • Strong understanding of security, access control, and data protection principles (knowledge of healthcare compliance standards is a plus)
  • Familiarity with healthcare logistics processes or digital platforms is an advantage
  • Highly detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable switching between technical execution and direct client interaction
  • Fluent in English; other languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch are a plus
