We have a new opportunity for a driven and motived Service Coordinatrorto join our successful and team based in Dublin.
In this role you will be:- Receiving customer calls and dealing with customer requests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Scheduling deliveries and collections and working with the internal teams to ensure delivery commitments are met.
- Supporting the field sales representative to maintain and build profitable relationships with customers.
- Working with the workshop team to ensure equipment isprepared as required to meet customer expectations.
- Ensuring that all transactions and interactions are documented andfiled.
- Applying the businesses processes rigidly and efficiently to ensure proper invoicing, cost management.
- Work effectively and in partnership with the branch management team on sales and operational functions.
