About the Role

As a Service Colleague in our store team, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience-serving with heart at pride. Whether you're stocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, picking online orders or even perfecting pizzas, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything. You'll be part of a friendly, fast paced team where great service and teamwork are everything.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, replenish stock, and maintain product presentation.
• Unpack deliveries and ensure items are correctly stocked.
• Pick online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with product information and purchasing.
• Prepare and serve customers' food items such as pizza where required.
