As part of our busy service department, you will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain the high standards of customer care we're known for.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Working HoursMonday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).
Salary£24,784.50 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing.
- Communicating with customers and obtaining final order numbers.
- Processing and inputting DAF warranty and contract claims via DCE.
- Inputting costs on customers' own portals.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Organised and has good attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Can work under own initiative.
