Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for customers bringing in vehicles for servicing, repairs, or MOTs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Support the workshop team in meeting operational targets.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive sector (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, CDK) and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Customer- focused with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Organised and detail- oriented
  • Team player with a proactive and solution- driven approach.
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing priorities.
