Looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR role with a premium commercial vehicle operation where customer service genuinely matters?

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected dealer group representing one of the world's most recognised commercial vehicle manufacturers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional aftersales team supporting business and fleet customers within a modern, busy workshop environment.

The Role

You'll be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing service bookings, raising job cards, providing repair updates, coordinating vehicle handovers, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience from start to finish.

What You'll Need

• Previous Service Advisor experience within automotive, commercial vehicles or a similar customer-focused aftersales environment


• Excellent organisation and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workshop


• Confidence explaining technical information clearly and professionally


• A proactive approach to customer care and aftersales sales opportunities
