Service Advisor: Customer-Centric Auto Care Specialist

Our client in Watford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main dealership. The role focuses on delivering professional aftersales service and building lasting customer relationships. Relevant prior dealer experience and a polished, customer-focused approach are essential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am-12pm). Competitive base salary of £34k with OTE £50k+ and a clear path for career progression.
