This position is a 12 month temporary contract with the potential to lead to a full time position, dependant on the business needs
Hours:Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with a Saturday rota
Salary:Basic salary £26,000 with OTE £34,000
Role responsibilities:
- Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
- Advising on technical queries/issues.
- Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
- Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
An ideal Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:
- Be highly motivated, with a proactive and professional approach to customer service.
- Have excellent relationship building skills developed in a busy, face to face retail environment.
- Bring valuable excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Have a confident and engaging telephone manner, ensuring a friendly tone, clear communication and active listening.
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- You must be IT literate (PC, Microsoft and web literate), and hold a full UK driving licence.
