Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop, retail customers, and showroom sales. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and efficient service on parts, accessories, clothing, and merchandise-ensuring that both riders and technicians have everything they need.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Parts & Aftersales Support: Managing stock levels, pre-picking parts for the workshop, and ensuring timely availability for service and repair jobs.
• Retail Sales: Assisting customers in the showroom with Harley-Davidson clothing, merchandise, and accessories, ensuring they receive expert guidance and an outstanding experience.
• Customer Service: Processing payments, handling invoices, and maintaining high service standards for both walk-in customers and workshop clients.
• Organisation & Accuracy: Ensuring correct storage of parts, checking deliveries against stock records, and maintaining an efficient aftersales operation.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts and aftersales (preferably in premium brands).
• A strong background in customer service and retail sales.
• Excellent organisation and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand!
