Automotive Service Advisor - Renault, Dacia and Alpine

Location:Cambridge
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch)
Holiday:30 days inc bank holidays, rising with length of service

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Receptionist to join our Cambridge team and be a key part of our customer-focused service experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming customers in a friendly, professional manner

Managing service appointments and workshop scheduling

Providing clear and accurate service quotes and estimates

Communicating effectively with technicians to track progress

Recommending additional services where appropriate

Following up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

Keeping all service records accurate and up-to-date

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a dealership setting

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Confidence using IT systems and learning new software

A collaborative, team-first attitude

Knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive terminology (preferred)
