- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all service bookings and enquiries efficiently
- Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options to optimise customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and workshop staff to coordinate job progress
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, quotations, and order tracking accurately
- Promote high standards of customer service, managing complaints and queries professionally
- Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge to inform and assist customers effectively
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced in accordance with manufacturer and group standards
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent, main dealer, or car supermarket environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations
- Ability to work effectively within a small, dedicated team
- Full UK driving licence
