Serious Injury Solicitor

We're working with a leading claimant personal injury specialist recognised for its work on catastrophic and life-changing injury claims. The team is known for combining strong legal expertise with early rehabilitation support, ensuring clients receive both immediate care coordination and long-term financial recovery.

They work closely with major trauma centres and medical professionals, stepping in at an early stage to provide joined-up legal and practical support for individuals and families during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

This is an opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor 1-4PQE to join a highly supportive specialist team handling complex, high-value claimant work.

You will:

• Run your own caseload of serious and complex injury claims
• Support senior lawyers on high-value and more technically complex matters
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout their case
• Provide clear, empathetic guidance to vulnerable individuals at every stage
• Contribute to the development of junior team members through informal mentoring

• Experience handling personal injury matters, ideally with exposure to serious injury work
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• A calm, proactive approach with the ability to work at pace
• Excellent communication skills and a genuinely client-focused mindset
• Someone who can balance technical ability with empathy and resilience
