You build the organic discovery layer of Growth OS. Technical SEO, content architecture, entity optimisation, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). Not traffic - brand authority across AI platforms and search engines. From schema markup to pillar-cluster structures, site speed to AI bot crawlability - the engineering of organic visibility.

What you'll operate:
  • Technical SEO audits and implementation across multi-market sites
  • Content architecture: pillar-cluster strategies, entity optimisation, and topical authority building
  • GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): optimising for AI-powered search and discovery
  • Site speed, Core Web Vitals, and crawlability optimisation
What the system requires:
  • 3+ years in SEO with strong technical and content strategy experience
  • Hands-on experience with schema markup, structured data, and technical site audits
  • Understanding of GEO and AI-powered search landscape
  • You build organic authority as a system, not a collection of keywords.
