• 2+ years of SEN childcare experience, with confident understanding of ADHD and emotional dysregulation
• Warm, nurturing and emotionally attuned - able to provide co-regulation through connection and affection
• Patient, consistent and calm - able to hold space for big feelings without escalating
• Experienced with school-age children and confident with morning and after-school routines
• Fun, engaging and genuinely enthusiastic - someone both boys will love spending time with
• Reliable and punctual - the morning routine starts early and consistency is key
• Confident, safe driver with a clean UK licence - essential for school runs
• A good cook - happy to prepare meals for the boys
• A nurturing, 'second mum' energy - someone who will care for these boys as if they were their own
