Senior/Associate Building Surveyor: Hybrid, Bank-Funded

Altura Search is looking for a Senior/Associate Building Surveyor in Central London. The role offers a hybrid pattern with three days in the office/site and two days at home, handling project-led work up to £2m and contract administration, focused on commercial, high-end residential, and hotel sectors.

You will lead teams, manage client relationships, monitor progress, and contribute to fee generation within a well-established, design-led consultancy.
