Job Description

360 Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Yard Foreman for a busy scrap metal recycling yard in the UK. The role involves hands-on leadership of vehicles, drivers, yard operatives, machinery and daily workloads.

The ideal candidate has a waste/recycling background with strong yard traffic management, H&S knowledge and proven staff supervision. Salary £35,000-£45,000 with negotiable package and overtime.
