Senior Works Supervisor - Steel Fabrication

B&K Hybrid Solutions, part of the Bowmer & Kirkland Group, seeks a Senior Works Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our structural steel fabrication facility in Derby. The role focuses on safety, productivity, quality and delivery performance with strong shop floor leadership.

Reporting to the Works Manager, you will supervise workshop personnel, drive continuous improvement and ensure best practice across production areas.
