Senior WFM Analyst - Remote, Data-Driven Scheduling & Strategy

Monzo is hiring a Senior WFM Analyst on a 15 month fixed-term contract. You will forecast resource needs, produce executive reports, and partner across Operations, People, Hiring and L&D to optimise schedules and customer service at Monzo.

You will drive data-driven insights, collaborate with data teams, and help improve shift patterns, holidays, and automation while maintaining budget discipline.
